Premium Accommodation ~ The Cypress Inn
"Carmel's Landmark Hotel since 1929", is complete with courtyard, tapas restaurant, and full-service bar serving afternoon tea daily. Owned by Doris Day and Dennis LeVett, the Cypress Inn is also famous among pet owners ~ dogs are welcome in many areas of the hotel. All rooms feature telephones with data ports, a TV with cable, cozy robes, complimentary sherry, fruit baskets, and nightly turndown service. As a full-service hotel, concierge and maid is service is also provided.

Casual Accommodation ~ Casa de Carmel
A charming country-style bed and breakfast, Casa de Carmel is located around the corner from it’s sister-Inn, the Cypress Inn. Accommodations are distinctively appointed and comfortable and include a light breakfast in your room, complimentary sherry and fruit baskets. Guests are also welcome to enjoy amenities at the Cypress Inn such as the courtyard breakfast, the cozy fireplace living room, and Terry’s Lounge restaurant and bar.

All accommodations are within walking distance to Ocean Avenue’s boutiques,
galleries, restaurants, the yoga studio, and the beach.

Golf Instruction

Program includes three days of hands-on golf instruction with an LPGA pro, including individual
coaching and two rounds of golf at Quail Lodge.

During your golf safari, you'll receive the following instruction and benefits:

• New Golfer Workshop, designed for beginning golfers
• Course Management Clinic: anatomy of a golf course, etiquette, club selection
• Putting Clinics: intro to putting, putting course, reading greens, long putts
• Full Swing Clinics: tee shots, primary short irons, longer clubs
• Short Game Clinics: chipping, pitching, sand play, increased difficulty shots
• Use of Golf equipment, plus a trip to women's pro shop for personal club fitting and shopping

We recommend that you schedule at least three weeks in advance.

Activities are scheduled around golf clinics, but never feel obliged to make every event.
With the exception of orientation, no activities at Las Verdes are mandatory. Join activities at your own pace.

To Join a Safari

• All safaris are open to single travelers, small groups, and guests of all levels of experience. Most guests are beginners.
• Minimum age: 14 to join the safari. No maximum age limit.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Mothers, daughters and families are welcome, but... women only.
• All guests must read and agree to the terms of Las Verdes Release of Liability and Assumption
of All Risks form, prior to registering for a safari or booking travel arrangements. The Release form is included
with the Registration form via download from our website, or we will gladly fax, mail or e-mail you a copy.
