Premium Accommodation ~ The Cypress Inn
"Carmel's Landmark Hotel since 1929", complete with courtyard, tapas restaurant, and full-service bar.
Owned by Doris Day and Dennis LeVett, the Cypress Inn is also famous among pet owners ~
dogs and cats are welcome in certain areas of the hotel.

Built in 1929, the Cypress Inn's Mediterranean facade hints Old World charm while making you
feel right at home in the intimate lounge or garden courtyard. Just a short walk to Ocean Avenue's boutiques,
galleries, and restaurants, the 44-room inn is central to Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Rooms have village or courtyard views and are appointed either a queen size bed for a single or
two twin beds for a pair of friends. Feel free to inquire about upgrades to ocean views or king size beds.
All rooms feature marble tile bathrooms, snuggly bathrobes, complimentary sherry, fruit baskets, and nightly
turndown service. Additionally, each room has an am/fm/cd player, hair dryer, iron and board,
